Caption: Color flow Doppler evaluation of the celiac axis
Description: Marked elevation of the peak systolic velocities of the celiac axis, consistent with stenosis more than 70%.

Caption: Color flow Doppler evaluation of the SMA
Description: SMA Velocities are slightly elevated but do not meet the criteria of 70 % stenosis.

Caption: Contrast enhanced CT at the level of celiac axis
Description: The image confirms the stenotic origin of the celiac axis

Differential Diagnosis 70% stenosis of celiac axis

Final Diagnosis 70% stenosis of celiac axis
