Presentation This is a young patient who recently underwent surgery for scoliosis repair and had an abdominal CT. An ultrasound was performed to compliment the CT findings.

Description: The proximal portion of the CBD is normal in caliber. The distal portion of the CBD shows a focal, smooth fusiform dilatation, measuring 1.0 cm. There was no IHBR.
