Presentation This is the scan in a 31-year-old nulliparous woman with a lump in her left breast. She has a positive family history of breast cancer.

Description: The mass is visualized here again and demonstrates smooth borders and no attenuation of the sound as it passes through the mass. There is no evidence of calcification within the mass.
Differential Diagnosis Fibroadenoma, malignancy
Final Diagnosis Fibroadenolipoma of the breast
Follow Up This mass was excised and was proven to be a complex fibroadenoma [Fibroadenolipoma]. There was no evidence of malignancy.
