Presentation A 25-year-old woman presents with a mobile breast mass. Mammography and sonomammography were performed.
 
 
 
Caption: Cranio-caudal view of left breast
Description: A mass or focal asymmtery is seen the left breast. The mass contains coarse calcifications.
 
 
 
Caption: Medio-lateral oblique view of the breast
Description: The focal asymmetry with the calcifications is seen again in the upper quadrant of the breast. The pattern of calcification is characteristic of a fibroadenoma.
 
 
 
Caption: Ultrasound of the palpable mass
Description: A very well-defined, oval hypoechoic mass is seen in the left breast. The mass shows posterior acoustic shadowing which is most likely due to the calcifications in the mass.
