Lymphocele surrounding a double renal transplant

Presentation A 57-year-old woman with end-stage-renal-disease secondary to adult polycystic kidney disease underwent a right sided dual kidney transplant. A follow-up ultrasound was performed. The serum creatinine levels were normal.
