Presentation This is an abdominal scan in a woman with history of uterine cancer, status post hysterectomy and radiation.
Caption: Transverse scan of mid-abdomen
Description: There is aorto-caval adenopathy noted at the level of the left renal vein. The lymphnodes are visually seperable and are seen anterior to the aorta.
Caption: Transverse scan of the lower abdomen
Description: There is para-aortic adenopathy noted. The lymph nodes have an abnormal morphology and are seen encasing the aorta partially. The aorta is displaced anteriorly away from the spine.
