Overview of Activity
This is a web-based online CME activity. The learning activity consists of streaming video lectures and an online test. When you register to participate in this activity for CME credits you are registering for the entire video presentation.

Target Audience
The target audience is Individuals who perform gynecologic ultrasound and who would benefit from a refresher/review of gynecologic ultrasound.

Learning Objectives
The overall goal of the program is to provide the practicing individual who performs gynecologic ultrasound with an update and refresher on gynecologic ultrasound. After completing this lecture the participant should be able to:

1. Identify the pathophysiology, risk factors and symptoms of adenomyosis.
2. Identify the key sonographic features of adenomyosis.
3. List several imaging pearls that help make the diagnosis.

This is an Internet based activity designed for sonographers, physicians and other medical professionals who perform gynecologic ultrasound.
The learning activity release and expiration dates are: <02/15/2016>  <02/15/2019>

To obtain CME credit for this activity you must log-in and register for the activity, view each part of the streaming video lecture and take a post test.  Passing score for the post test is 70% and you are limited to three attempts to pass the test.

Payments
This activity awards 0.75 hours of SDMS CME credit for a total fee of $11.25. Payment is required only when you have successfully passed a CME examination and then check out and obtain your certificate. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MC) when you check out and obtain your certificate. This activity is eligible for payment with SonoBucks.  If you have SonoBucks available in your account, they will be used first and any remaining balance will then be payable via credit card.

Note that you MUST obtain your certificate(s) before the CME Credit expiration date of this activity. After the expiration date we cannot award you a certificate even if you have passed the test but have not checked out and received your certificate. Participants are responsible for downloading and archiving their certificates as they are awarded. While certificates are stored in the participant Sono World user account there is no guarantee that the certificates will be available indefinitely into the future.

Hardware and Software required: A computer or web access device and a web browser that can display streaming media.

Evaluation Form
Completion of an online evaluation form is a requirement of this activity.  The form will be presented to the participant upon completion of the online post-test.
