Case report
A 32-year-old primigravida, with non-contributive history, was sent to our office at 12 weeks of pregnancy due to increased nuchal translucency of one of the two fetuses of monochorionic, diamniotic pregnancy. Amniocentesis was done later, but other procedures were refused by parents. The patient was scanned at 20 weeks and one week later the fetal demise of both fetuses was found.
