Case reportA 39-year-old woman (G31P2) was seen in our office at 20 and 30 weeks of her pregnancy. She had undergone amniocentesis with positive result for trisomy 18, but parents opted for continuation of the pregnancy. The baby had lumbosacral meningomyelocele with consequent Arnold-Chiary malformation type II, overlapping fingers, intrauterine growth restriction, and following cardiac anomaly:
