Synechia

This is a 29-year-old, G3-P1 patient.  She had a uterine curettage 3 years ago.  This resulted in a synechia. Note the placenta implanting over it and the pulsed Doppler proving that the vessel traversing it is from maternal origin. The fetus, as usual,  had no malformations.
