This is a 16-year-old woman without relevant past obstetrical history. The first scan and the triple test were normal. At 27 weeks, the sonographer discovered a unilateral cleft lip. No others malformations were detected. The patient was referred to our unit at 28 weeks. The end of the pregnancy was normal. The surgery was performed after the sixth months.
