Trisomy 13 with alobar holoprosencephaly

This is a trisomy 13 fetus seen at 11 weeks. Note the alobar holoprosencephaly with a single ventricle, the hypotelorism, the bilateral polydactyly of hands and feet. The mother is a 27 years old primipara with unremarkable anamnesis.
