Case report
The following images show a case of non-immune hydrops with a large cystic hygroma of a 18 weeks old fetus. The parents opted for the termination of the pregnancy. Karyotyping was not performed.
Images 1 and 2: Transverse images of the fetal head and the large septate cystic hygroma imitating septations of the amniotic cavity.

Images 3 and 4: Transverse and longitudinal scans of the fetal trunk showing the generalized hydrops of the fetus.
