Case report
Following images show a case of cytomegaloviral infection of a 35 weeks old fetus diagnosed in our department which presented itself with the ascites, hydrocele, polyhydramnios and placental enlargement.
Images 1, 2. Transverse gray-scale ultrasound scans of the fetal abdomen showing ascites and polyhydramnios.

Images 3, 4. Polyhydramnios and placentomegaly was observed.

Images 5, 6. Image 5 shows hydrocele. Image 6 shows normal fetal biometry and intracranial morphology of the fetus.
