Case report
Following images represent two cases of trisomy 18. Both fetuses showed severe intrauterine growth restriction and several features of the trisomy 18 were observed.
Case 1
Images 1, 2, 3: Brachycephalic skull with mild cerebral ventriculomegaly.


Image 4: Upper lip of the mouth was without cleft.

Image 5, 6: Heart looked normal (image 5); single umbilical artery and umbilical cord cyst were present (image 6).

Images 7, 8, 9: Rockerbottom feet of the fetus


Images 10, 11, 12: 3D images showing overlapping fingers of the hands.


Case 2
Images 1, 2, 3: ventricular septal defect of the heart (VSD - image 1), parallel course of the great vessels: D-transposition of the great arteries (image 2); three-vessel-trachea view with only aorta and superior vena cava depicted (image 3).
