About This Lecture:

The speaker discusses imaging the pediatric hip. Upon completion of this educational activity the participant will recognize the sonographic appearance of hip joint effusion, assess septic vs. non-septic hip, recognize other causes of a painful hip such as psoas irritation, myositis, subtle fracture and subtle SCFE, recognize the views and orientation necessary to diagnose DDH and recognize pitfalls in diagnosing DDH.
