A presentation about diagnosing pelvic pain in the setting of a negative pregnancy test. Upon completion of this educational activity the participant should be able to list a differential diagnosis for the female patient with pelvic pain and a negative pregnancy test, such as hemorrhagic cyst, ovarian torsion and PID, list the clinical symptoms of these diagnoses and the sonographic appearance.
