About This Lecture:

A discussion about the use of shear wave elastography in assessing lymphedema/fibrosis in patients s/p radiation therapy for orofacial cancer. Upon completion of this educational activity the participant should be able to discuss quantitate changes in skin, muscles, and soft tissue of the neck in patients undergoing XRT for orofacial cancer, correlate SWE with the clinical assessement of lymphedema, assess SWE measurement variability and determine how to improve the accuaracy and reliability of SWE
