Case report

A 28-year old woman (G3P3) with unremarkable history was referred for an anomaly scan at 22 weeks of pregnancy. In our ultrasound examination we found a large multilocular septated cystic mass located on the right thoracic wall. Color doppler imaging dit not reveal blood flow within the mass.
Based on ultrasound finding our prenatal diagnosis was hemangiolympangioma of the chest wall, and it was confirmed posnatally.

We obtained the following images:

Images 1-4:
2D images of the fetal right thoracic wall in different planes showing a superficial large multilocular cystic mass without blood flow inside.

Videos 1-6: 2D and color doppler images of the fetal right thoracic wall in different planes showing a superficial large multilocular cystic mass without blood flow inside.

Images 5-10:
Postnatal images confirming our prenatal diagnosis of hemangiolymphangioma of the chest wall.
