Case report

Following color Doppler, spectral and 3D images shows an interesting and very rare anomaly incidentally finding at 31 weeks of gestational age, in an otherwise normal fetus. 
Postnatal histological examination confirmed the diagnosis of nasal glial heterotopia.

Images 1-4: color Doppler, spectral Doppler and 3D images show a mass in the nasal region, with low resistance blood flow and well circumscribed. The orbits are normal and no other facial abnormality was discovered.

Images 5:
posnatal aspect of the lesion. The diagnosis was histologically confirmed.
