Case report
Primigravida 23-year old woman with unremarkable history visited our unit for routine ultrasound at 20 week of pregnancy.
No anomalies were detected during the first trimester study at 12 week of pregnancy.

Following pre and postnatal images revealed the following findings:
 - double sided fibular aplasia.
 - tibial campomelia.
 - abnormal shape of the feet.

Pregnancy was interrupted. Diagnosis of FATCO (fibular aplasia, tibial campomelia and oligosyndactyly) was verified macroscopically and with X- ray investigation.
