Case report  

A 26-year-old patient (G1P0) with unremarkable history, was sent to our unit for routine examination at 12 weeks of gestation.

The first trimester screening was normal and the triple test was 1:1000, but we suspected a central nervous system anomaly.

We evaluated the patient every week, from 13 to 17 weeks of gestation, and confirmed our diagnosis.
