A 32 years old (G7P6) female patient was sent to our unit at the 25 weeks of gestation for congenital anomaly scan. Her 3rd and 5th pregnancies ended in two fetuses with a congenital anomaly, not documented and only discovered after birth. Two congenital anomaly scans during the current pregnancy were reported to be normal but follow up was recommended due to her history. Our ultrasound examination revealed the following:
