Case report

A 29-year-old G3P2, from a consanguineous couple, was referred to our center at 22 week of pregnancy due to the intrauterine growth restriction of the fetus and oligohydramnios.
Her first and the second pregnancy was terminated at 27 and 30 weeks due to oligohydramnios and hypoplastic kidneys of the fetuses, followed by Intrauterine fetal demise.
Her current third pregnancy was complicated by the intrauterine growth restriction and oligohydramnios. The characteristic findings in ultrasound at 23 week were enlarged, homogenously hyperechogenic kidneys with the absence of corticomedullary differentiation. Absent fetal bladder filling and oligohydramnios leading to pulmonary hypoplasia, club foot.
