Case report

A 32-year-old woman (G1P0) was referred to our unit at 22 weeks of her pregnancy because of a upper right abdominal cyst. There was unremarkable family history for congenital diseases. The patient did not take any medication. The nuchal translucency was 1 mm (CRL 60 mm) and the triple test was 1:670.
