Twin reversed arterial perfusion syndrome

These are some images obtained at 27-week of pregnancy. The scan revealed a monoamniotic, monochorionic, intrauterine twin pregnancy with a twin reversed arterial perfusion syndrome. Here are some images that we obtained.

Pictures 3, 4: Female gender of the first fetus (left) and a small trunk, acephaly, acrania and absent upper limbs of the second fetus (right)
