These are some of the videos we obtained showing left isomerism in a fetus. Prenatal ultrasound investigation revealed mild ventricular cardiac disproportion, right-sided stomach and vena azygos continuation. Postnatal course of the baby was normal and postnatal ultrasound  confirmed mild ventricular/arterial disproportion, azygos continuation to the right vena cava superior and a low right atrial junctional rhythm of 90 bpm.

Video 1 and 2. Continuation of vena azygos to right vena cava superior (left); and transverse four-chamber view of the heart (right).

Video 3 and 4. Slow rhythm of the fetal heart (left); and right-sided stomach (left).

Video 5. Three vessel view.
