Case report
A 20-year-old woman (G1P0), with negative ultrasound examination performed at 19 weeks, presented to our department again at 35 weeks. Her ultrasound examination demonstrated echogenic lesions within the fetal gallbladder consistent with gallstones. No other anomalies were found.
