Case report

A 32 year-old woman (G2P1) with unremarkable history was sent to our facility for the first time at 28 weeks of gestational age for routine scan.
Our ultrasound exam revealed concentric hypertrophy of the right ventricle, subvalvular ventricular septal defect, overriding aorta and pulmonary artery stenosis, compatible with tetralogy of Fallot.
The diagnosis was confirmed postnatally.

Images 1-4: 2D and color doppler images showing ventricular septal defect, overriding aorta, concentric hypertrophy of the right ventricle and pulmonary artery stenosis.
