Case of the week #308

Case report

 

A 33-year-old woman (G3P1) was referred to our department at 15 weeks of gestation. Her biochemical markers were as follows: PAPP-A 5.88 MoM, hCG 3.06 MoM. Our ultrasonographic examination revealed a fetus of crown-rump length (CRL) equal to 84 mm with following findings:

Images 1, 2: 14⁺⁴ weeks of pregnancy.

 

Video 1: 14⁺⁴ weeks of pregnancy.

Following ultrasonographic examination was done at 20 weeks and showed:

Images 3, 4: 19⁺⁵ weeks of pregnancy.

 

Images 5, 6, 7, and 8: 19⁺⁵ weeks of pregnancy.

 

 

Images 9, 10: 19⁺⁵ weeks of pregnancy.

 

Images 11, 12: 19⁺⁵ weeks of pregnancy.
