28-year-old woman (G1P0) with unremarkable medical history presented to our office at 12 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy. Our ultrasonographic examination revealed following cranial findings:

Images 1, 2, and videos 1, 2, 3: 12 weeks and 3 days of gestation.
