Tetralogy of Fallot

This is a 42-year-old-woman, G4P4 (one set of twin) with a fetus with Tetralogy of Fallot and a single umbilical artery at 20 weeks. The karyotype was normal (46XX).

Note the overriding of the aorta and the smaller pulmonary artery.
