Case report

We present a case of the extralobar infradiaphragmatic lung sequestration diagnosed at 22 weeks of pregnancy in the Gomel"s Medical Genetic Center. The following images and video were taken at 36 weeks. The diagnosis was confirmed after birth.

Images 3, 4: 36 weeks of pregnancy. The image 3 shows a parasagittal scan showing a hyperechoic infradiaphragmatic structure representing the lung sequestration. The image 4 shows the vessel supply of the extralobar sequestered lung lobe depicted by power Doppler.
