Case report
A 24-year-old patient (G1P0) came to our hospital for first trimester screening.
Ultrasonographic evaluation revealed increased NT of 2.5mm for CRL, absent nasal bone, single umbilical artery and peculiar positioning of the fingers.
Ductus venosus and tricuspid valve with normal flow.
No other anomalies were detected,
Parents opted for termination of the pregnancy without karyotyping.
Material of the abortus was karyotyped and the result was trisomy 18.
